Bio
I am a certified personal trainer and women’s fitness specialist (NASM). I have over four years of experience working with clients. Furthermore, I recently got certified for prenatal and postanal fitness training (FIT4MOM), as I have a lot of clients who are pregnant.
I am originally from Brazil, but I have been living in the US for about 10 years now. I also became an American citizen this year (2025), which I am really proud of. I have always loved working out and taking my friends to the gym with me. But when I became a personal trainer, I fell in love with training people (specially women). I started my own business, Mila Fitness, in March of 2022. It is my joy to help my clients get into an exercise routine and implement healthy eating habits in their diet.
For my Hobbies, I love to hang out with my animals, Bella and Bruno. I also love to work out and go on hikes or play tennis with my husband, Hunter. When I am not doing something active, I usually paint and read books. I also enjoy going to church and serving in the kids ministry!
