How my Journey Began

I moved from Brazil to Kentucky when I was 16. I met my husband Hunter, who I went to high school and college together. After majoring in Psychology, I married Hunter in Fort Lauderdale and we moved to Jacksonville, Fl in 2019. We have our babies Bella (dog) and Bruno (cat).

I have always loved exercising and encouraged my girlfriends to go to the gym with me. During the pandemic, my work load as a behavioral therapist was light and I saw an opportunity to obtain my Personal Trainer Certificate!

I fell in love with teaching and encouraging young women to exercise. Training became my main job! In 2022, I worked at Crunch Fitness and trained girls at my Home Gym. After some months, God led me to start my personal training business focusing on helping women overcome gym intimidation and exercising in a healthy/positive way!
