THE IMPORTANCE OF FOAM ROLLING: WHY AND HOW YOU SHOULD BE DOING IT

Specially if you have been training for more than three months, foam rolling and stretching are some of the most important parts of your training!

Why? As you workout and build muscles, foam rolling helps you get rid of accumulated acid in your tissue and helps you you move better.

What this means: your mobility and exercise form increases. Important note: you DON’T want to workout more and more, what you WANT is to workout more effectively, and foam rolling will help you succeed.

How? Each person has some areas that she/he needs to foam roll depending on their body. Feel free to text or email me if you want a personalized foam rolling plan to see which areas of foam rolling you should be focusing on more.

Recommendations: do it a little bit slower than the girl is doing and be mindful of the neck: no need to foam roll the neck.
