EFFECTIVE GLUTE EXERCISES

As a personal trainer, I have found that the most effective exercises for toning and growing glutes are seated hip abduction, elevated lunges, and barbell squats.

To achieve the best results, it's important to keep the reps low between 6-8, use heavy weights, and rest for at least one minute between each set.
